Removal of old suites, heavy tiling, and boxed-in 1980s pipework, with continuous rubbish removal as the job progresses so rubble never piles up.

2. Plastering, Electrics & Boarding

Coordinated plasterer and electrician for lighting, extractor fans, illuminated mirrors, and waterproof shower panelling/boarding.

3. Karndean, Underfloor Heating & Tiling

Full wall and floor tiling, genuine Karndean flooring, electric underfloor heating mats, and specialist silicone sealant finishing.
